Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

You have the right to cancel your subscription or order within 7 days from the date of purchase. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at support@mr.md with your order details and request for cancellation. We will process your request and confirm the cancellation within 2 business days.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase. After this period, refunds are not available. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within the 7-day cancellation period.

  • Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Items/Services: Certain items or services may be non-refundable, such as those explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase or those that are used or accessed.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund request
